Cashews are delicious on their own, but they’re also a wonderful cooking ingredient.
You can find many great collections of cashew recipes online – for example, the BBC Food website and the One Green Planet website both have large selections of tasty cashew-based dishes.
Here at the ACA, many of our favourite cashew recipes come from the two cookbooks below: « Cashew Nut Recipes from Mozambique and the World« published by Mozacajú, and « The Cashew Cookbook » published by IRD.
